Terms of sale
Last updated: 24 August 2026.
1. Seller
MusicForYou is a trading name operated in Spain by Stéphane François Xavier Lavergé, self-employed (autónomo), NIE Z3520169R, Carrer d'Amàlia Soler, 16, 2, 08720 Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: stef-cloud@proton.me.
2. Service
MusicForYou turns information supplied by the customer into one personalised song. The journey includes a questionnaire, proposed lyrics, one guided lyrics correction, creation of one song, private listening before purchase and, after payment, a download, a private gift page and a management link.
Before purchase, listening is free, private and streaming-only. It grants no download, public performance or exploitation rights. A musical change request may be submitted before purchase; it is reviewed manually and does not guarantee a new generation or a specific result.
Creation is assisted by automated systems, including ElevenLabs for music. MusicForYou manages the process but does not guarantee absolute exclusivity or the absence of accidental similarities with other creations.
3. Price and payment
The launch price is €39 including tax for one song. The exact content, price and any discount shown immediately before payment prevail. There are no physical delivery charges. Payment is processed by Stripe; MusicForYou does not receive the full card number.
The order becomes binding when the customer accepts these terms, the privacy notice, the licence and the immediate-delivery request, then activates a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. A browser confirmation alone does not prove payment; only the secure payment-provider notification confirms the order.
4. Ordering and correction of errors
Before paying, the customer can review and correct the answers, summary and lyrics, listen to the song and check the price. Contract documents can be saved and printed. Confirmation is sent in a durable format to the verified email address. The order remains accessible through the private link or optional account.
5. Delivery
After confirmed payment, the download and gift page are prepared and sent to the verified email address. The current offer indicates 24 hours; this is an estimate unless a binding deadline is expressly shown at checkout. In the event of unreasonable delay, the customer may contact stef-cloud@proton.me to request delivery within a reasonable additional period or exercise mandatory legal remedies.
The customer is responsible for keeping the downloaded file and protecting private links. The gift link can be revoked and replaced from the management link.
6. Withdrawal and immediate performance
The song is personalised digital content supplied without a tangible medium. The customer can listen before purchase without any obligation to buy.
After purchase, the download and permanent access begin only when the customer expressly requests immediate performance and separately acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once that access begins. Until then, any statutory withdrawal rights remain available where applicable. This never limits remedies for content that is defective, non-conforming or not delivered.
7. Complaints and refunds
Problems should be reported to stef-cloud@proton.me with the order reference. MusicForYou reviews delivery errors, unreadable files, technical defects and substantial discrepancies from approved lyrics. The remedy may be correction, redelivery, bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction or a refund. Mandatory legal guarantees for digital content and services remain fully applicable.
An artistic preference already apparent in the pre-purchase preview is not, by itself, a defect. No automatic refund is promised beyond statutory rights or an express commercial commitment.
8. Customer obligations
The customer confirms that they may use all text, memories, names and other supplied material. They must avoid unnecessary intimate data about third parties, unlawful or defamatory content, infringement of third-party rights and requests to imitate an artist, voice or protected work. MusicForYou may suspend a manifestly unlawful request or one incompatible with provider rules.
9. Intellectual property and data
Customer material remains the customer's responsibility and property. Rights to use the delivered song are set out in the licence accepted at payment. The brand, website, templates, interface and non-order-specific elements remain the property of their respective owners. Personal-data processing is described in the privacy notice.
10. Liability, law and disputes
MusicForYou is responsible for performing the contract under mandatory law. It is not responsible for unlawful customer use, voluntary disclosure of a private link or a reasonably unforeseeable external outage. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Spanish law applies without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Complaints should first be sent to stef-cloud@proton.me. If no amicable solution is reached, jurisdiction is determined by consumer-protection rules.
11. Status
This version was approved on 24 August 2026 by the MusicForYou operator for the pilot launch. It had not been reviewed by a legal professional as of that date and may be updated later. The version accepted when an order is placed remains the version governing that contract.
